We'd love to hear from you.Melrose Pizza is a busy, family-owned, community-centred restaurant in Tullamarine with a loyal customer base and a reputation for outstanding food and service.We're looking for an experienced Weekend Restaurant Manager to lead our Friday to Sunday services and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll work closely with the owners, lead our front‐of‐house team during busy service periods and help ensure every shift runs smoothly.
You'll be someone who enjoys leading by example, creating a positive team culture and creating an outstanding experience for every customer.If you're reliable, confident under pressure and looking for a long-term leadership opportunity with a supportive family business, we'd love to hear from you.Consistent Weekly RosterApplicants must be available for all of the following shifts:Friday10:30am – 2:30pm4:30pm – 9:30pmSaturday4:30pm – 9:30pmSunday4:30pm – 9:30pmThis is an ongoing position with the chance for additional shifts for the right candidate.What you'll be doingLeading the restaurant during busy service periodsSupervising and supporting the front‐of‐house teamDelivering exceptional customer serviceTaking phone, online and in‐store ordersOperating our POS system and handling paymentsPacking and checking takeaway and delivery ordersManaging customer enquiries and resolving issues professionallyMaintaining a clean,



organised and welcoming front‐of‐house areaWorking closely with the owners to ensure every shift runs smoothlyAbout youYou'll ideally have:Previous experience in a hospitality leadership, supervisory or management roleOutstanding customer service and communication skillsConfidence leading a team in a fast‐paced environmentA positive, reliable and professional attitudeStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to lead by example and motivate othersApplicants must also:Be available for all listed shiftsBe currently living in AustraliaHave unrestricted Australian working rightsLive within a reasonable travelling distance of TullamarinePlease note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.Why join Melrose Pizza?
