Department shifts are staggered; standard working hours are anywhere between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery and equipment used in steel processing and manufacturing, such as rollers, presses, and seaming machinesEnsure products consistently meet quality standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and complianceAssist with the preparation and assembly of steel componentsWorking collaboratively with the team to meet production targetsAdhere to all workplace health and safety protocols, including maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspaceAbout You:Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and strictly adhere to safety protocolsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or construction environment (advantageous but not essential)Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, within in a team environmentCommitment to complying with our zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol PolicyPhysical capability to perform manual handling tasksPositive attitude with a proactive approach to contributing in a team environmentPlease note, agency referrals are not being considered at this stage.Speedpanel is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
