You'll work closely with the Directors to keep projects on track, keep clients informed and help us stay ahead of a busy,



quick-moving schedule.What you'll be doingSpeaking with clients and keeping them updatedCoordinating proposals and project collateralJob costing and invoicing using XeroCoordinating purchasing and suppliersAdministrative and operational support across projectsHelping improve our processes and client experiencePreparing weekly and monthly job reportsAbout youYou'll have experience in administration, operations or customer service.You'll also have:Be highly organised, with an eye for detailExperience with Xero (or similar) and Microsoft OfficeThrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentBe proactive – able to spot what could run betterExperience in the building, trades or home improvement industry would be a bonus, but it's not essential.We're a growing business that values good people and good ideas.
You'll work closely with the Directors on real projects, with the chance to help shape how things run as we scale.
