We're now expanding and looking for motivated team members to support operations at our St Kilda Road location.If you're smart, proactive, quick to learn, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a forward-thinking team that makes a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant to join our team full-time.You'll be a key contributor in ensuring the safe and efficient supply of medications — from routine dispensing to specialised therapies such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications,
fertility treatments and oncology products.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and wants exposure to more than traditional pharmacy work.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately dispense medications under pharmacist supervision.Support current workflow processesAssist with inventory management, stock organisation, and expiry controlAssist with medication orders, clinical logistics, and patient enquiriesCollaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and clinics to ensure seamless patient carePharmacy Administrator – Pharmacy Assistants:Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenanceWork closely with customers and telehealth providers to ensure smooth order processingSupport compliance with pharmacy standards and regulatory requirementsQualificationsPharmacy assistant level I up to level IVSkills & ExperienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisation and time-managementAbility to work autonomously and handle high-volume workflowsComfortable working under pressureQuick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving processesCustomer-focused, empathetic, and professionalEnjoys teamwork and contributing to a positive workplace cultureWhy Join Us?
