Lynden Aged Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for permanent part time positions with afternoon shifts available. You will help residents with daily tasks, provide companionship, and work with the team to support residents’ wellbeing.

Ideal applicants will hold Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, have robust communication and empathy, and be able to work well within a team. Police clearance is required or attainable.
