With a strong and continuously expanding pipeline of work from **** onwards, this is an excellent prospect to join a business in growth mode.The RoleAs a Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing the development application process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, managing,



and lodging development and planning permit applicationsWriting high-quality planning reportsResponding to Requests for Information (RFIs)Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with local councilsSupporting a range of projects across multiple development sectorsThe Team & CultureYou'll be joining a close-knit team of four planners within a supportive and flexible working environment.
