You will be part of a well-resourced, team-oriented setting providing bespoke financial advice to HNW clients, high-earning professionals, and family groups.In a firm with multiple award-winning Advisers, this is an unparalleled learning and career acceleration opportunity.You will support a book of the existing clients, and be with work closely with in-house asset management, SMSF, and Insurance Specialists.The RoleUnderstanding clients' immediate needs,



long term objectives and level of comfort with riskConduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategyProvide quality and trusted financial adviceInvestigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clientsEnsuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentationAssist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staffAbout YouWorking towards ASIC-aligned qualifications1 to 3 years of experience in an Associate Adviser or similar positionExcellent Stakeholder Management abilityStrong, effective spoken and written communicationConfident presence with HNW, and high-earning professional clients
