Liaising effectively with internal departments, fertility specialists, medical secretaries and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless patient experience.




Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of reception services.Demonstrating flexibility to work across Melbourne IVF network clinics throughout Victoria when required.RequirementsPrevious medical reception and/ or administration experienceDemonstrated ability to absorb and learn current information and processes efficientlyAbility to show empathy and understanding to our patients and all associates Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy policy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to problem solve and cooperative Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and the ability to maintain patient databases Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detailApplicants must be available to work full time onsite at our Collingwood Clinic in a patient facing role.
