customer focused individual to take on the position of Scheduling Coordinator.This position is critical to our success and as such it is a fulltime permanent position.Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):Scheduling for trade and transport crewsCoordinating field employees and sub-contractorsTroubleshooting issuesLiaising with customer supervisors and tradesMaintaining accurate and up to date information in our systemPreparing daily and weekly reportsResilient and thrives in pressure situations.Is a team player, uses initiative to assist other staff members.Excellent rapport building skills - internally and externally.Process driven and always looking for opportunities to improve.Reliable, effective and effective in their work.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.Experience in construction / logistics and demonstrated customer service excellence.High level of computer literacy.
