The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, well-being and dignity by providing personalised care tailored to each individual's needs.
This role requires a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and adherence to established care protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients in Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounding areas.
Preferably a female personal care worker.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with personal cares; bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
Delivering tailored care that respects each client's preferences and routine
Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including:
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Mobility and hygiene support
Transport to appointments and social outings
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing
Availability to cover Monday to Friday services, with alternate weekends where required
Additional hours for the right applicant!
