UPA Hunter Region is seeking a warm, professional, and community-minded Part time Retirement Village Administration Assistant to support our Retirement Living community at Woodland Village Lodge.This is a wonderful opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where your work truly makes a difference every day.This part-time salaried position offers flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for parents, particularly mums returning to the workforce, or anyone seeking school-hour-friendly, family-supportive employment in a welcoming environment.Retirement Village Administration Assistant (Part-Time)About the RoleReporting to the Village Manager at Woodland Village, Wallsend NSW, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the village by providing high-quality administrative and customer service support on a part-time basis.
You will often be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors, helping to create a warm, respectful, and supportive community setting where residents feel valued and cared for.A current driver's licence is essential, as travel between villages may be required from time to time.What You'll Be DoingProviding professional administrative support to the Retirement Village ManagerWelcoming residents, families, visitors, and contractors with warmth and professionalismManaging resident records, admissions, and documentationPreparing correspondence, reports, newsletters,



and meeting minutesCoordinating maintenance requests and general administration tasksAssisting with resident activities, outings, and community communicationsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all timesSupporting a positive, caring, and team-focused village environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe'd love to hear from you if you are:Friendly, approachable, and genuinely compassionateHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using computers and Microsoft Office programsAble to manage multiple priorities in a calm and efficient wayProfessional with excellent communication and customer service skillsA supportive team player who enjoys working with peopleHold a current driver's licence and are willing to travel between villages when requiredDesired Experience (Highly Regarded)Previous customer service experienceAdministration experienceExperience in aged care, retirement living, or community services (desirable but not essential)Why Join UPA?
