Ninja Parc is on the lookout for an experienced Café Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and lead our crew to success.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in running a safe, efficient and profitable café.
About the RoleAs Café Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Ninja Parc café, ensuring exceptional service, high food safety standards and a positive experience for every guest.
You'll lead, train and develop the café crew while managing costs, stock and performance against targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily café operations and service deliveryLead, train and motivate café crew to maintain high performance and moraleEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirementsManage rosters, labour costs and staffing levelsOversee stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationshipsMonitor sales, costs and profitability against budgetMaintain consistent food quality, presentation and menu executionEnsure accurate cash handling, reporting and administrationCoordinate café operations with venue activities, parties and eventsChampion company values and create a positive team cultureAbout YouYou're a confident hospitality leader who leads from the front and sets high standards.
