You will oversee a skilled team, mentor trainees and apprentices, and play a key role in shaping the next generation of nursery leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipSupervise, coach, and mentor staff to achieve targets.Conduct annual competency testing and oversee training.Manage performance, attendance, and workplace behaviours.Propagation & Site OperationsDeliver cutting schedules on time and to specification.Maintain optimal plant health across all propagated stock.Oversee nursery facilities including irrigation, heating, and Priva systems.Ensure materials (cuttings, plugs, chemicals,



tools) are available and maintained.About YouCertificate III in Horticulture (or trade equivalent).
