About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a high performing in-house recruitment team on a part time (3-4 days per week) 12 week contract basis.
This role will see you managing end to end recruitment and providing hands on support throughout the initial hiring lifecycle.
Based in the CBD, you will play a key role in supporting a busy recruitment function, working across multiple roles at once in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the initial recruitment process across a variety of rolesSupport sourcing, shortlisting, interviews and offersBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent poolsCoordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communicationsEnsure recruitment documentation, compliance and processes are followedSupport a busy recruitment function managing up to ***** active roles at a timeAbout YouPrevious in-house (corporate)
