Buxton Hampton East is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Property Management Assistant & Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team.

Working alongside our experienced Property Management team, you'll receive ongoing training, mentoring and hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rewarding workplace.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our office, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting our Property Management department with a variety of administrative tasks.
This is a diverse role that offers exposure to all aspects of property management.
Your Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries
Provide administrative support to the Property Management team




Assist with property management processes using PropertyMe software (training provided if required)
Maintain an organised and efficient reception area
General office administration and data entry
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, positive and well presented
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Motivated, reliable and eager to learn
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
Agent's Representative Certificate
Current driver's licence and own vehicle
Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential
