As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will support the Retail Manager in leading the Retail Operations team, playing a key role in delivering sales performance, team capability and customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will be a hands-on leader, stepping in to lead the floor, coach the team and drive results day-to-day, while building the capability to step into broader leadership roles over time.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will:Support the leadership of a large front-end team in a high-volume environmentDrive sales through strong floor execution, merchandising and stock flowTake ownership of key areas of daily trading and team performanceStep into leadership of the store in the absence of the Retail or Store ManagerCoach and develop team members to lift service, productivity and standardsContribute to a high-performing, rapid-paced and accountable team cultureWhat Your Day Might Look LikeNo two days are the same, and you'll spend most of your time on the floor leading your team.
