Import Operations - International Freight Forwarding
A reliable and rapidly growing International Freight Forwarder is seeking a seasoned Import Operations Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Located in Tullamarine, VIC.
About the role:
Handle FCL / LCL import shipments from local arrival through to delivery and billing.
Ensure shipments are customs cleared and ready for delivery.
Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders and transport companies
Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
Assist customers with any enquiries
Utilise CW1 and PAVE
About you:
2+ years Import sea local Freight Forwarder experience
1+ years experience with Cargowise1
Solid attention to detail
Excellent communication and computer skills
Adaptable
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
