Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Process Worker for immediate start with an award winning confectionery company based in Ballarat, VIC. These roles offer casual prospects across a rotating roster - day and night shifts.

Key Duties Include:
Working on quick-paced production lines
Hand packing confectionery products
Labelling and quality checking finished goods
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards

About You:
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to work across day, night shifts.
