Albert Cardona's groupWhat you'll doOversee the implementation and maintenance of machine learning systems for extensive connectomics datasets.Convert machine learning models into productive production workflows that are observable and reproducible.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning or a related field.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.A degree in computer science, bioinformatics, or a related discipline.Familiarity with volume electron microscopy and connectomics data analysis.Nice to haveExperience with cloud computing platforms for data processing.Knowledge of software development best practices.Skills & toolsStrong programming skills in Python.Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.Familiarity with data management and processing tools for large datasets.This is a fixed-term position for 2 years, funded by an external grant.
