You'll work closely with leaders and employees to provide expert payroll support while ensuring compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislation.You'll also become a trusted expert in UKG Workforce Ready (Kronos), helping leaders navigate time and attendance, rostering and payroll processes while contributing to ongoing improvements across our payroll function.What You'll Be Responsible ForProcess weekly payroll accurately and on time across multiple sitesManage new starters, employee changes, resignations and payroll adjustmentsInterpret Awards,



Enterprise Agreements and payroll legislationComplete payroll reconciliations and ensure payroll accuracyMaintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality and complianceProvide payroll advice and support to employees and leadersBuild strong relationships across the business to deliver exceptional customer serviceManage the Payroll Inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolution of enquiriesSupport payroll queries across Australia and New ZealandSupport managers with rostering, timesheets and payroll calculationsAssist with system administration and user supportPromote best practice use of payroll systemsQualifications and Skills:Proven experience in payroll administration, with a solid understanding of Awards, Agreements, and Legislation.Proficiency in the Kronos Workforce Ready system and payroll processes.Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.Prior experience in a similar role within the food processing or related industry is advantageous.Why Hilton Foods?
