Skilled Jobs Australia – Red Hill South VICOur client is a well-established family-owned business operating a restaurant, winery and vineyard specialising in premium cool-climate wines, grown and produced in Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula.They are currently seeking a newSous Chef for their restaurant operations in Red Hill South (Mornington Peninsula).
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation, execution and be an integral part of creating menus including Indian inspired menu and experiences for our guests.
The menu is all about keeping it simple and delicious, including the kind of food guests love to eat, highlighting some amazing regional dishes, as well as re-imagined classics.
