Based primarily at St George's Hospital in Kew, this role provides podiatry services across the Community Rehabilitation Centre, Falls & Balance Clinic, Berengarra Aged Care Facility and subacute inpatient services.
The Falls & Balance Clinic operates on Wednesdays, while the remaining workdays offer flexibility.
There may also be opportunities to work in acute services at St Vincent's Hospital Fitzroy as service needs arise.
You will work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred podiatry care across a diverse patient population.Grade 2 Classification (CM7-CM8): $90,235 - $103,724 per annum, pro rata for part time.DutiesAs a Grade 2 Podiatrist, you will:Provide comprehensive podiatry assessment, treatment, evaluation and discharge planningDeliver evidence-based care to patients across outpatient, subacute and residential aged care settingsSupport protected and effective patient transitions across the continuum of careCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomesSupervise and support undergraduate podiatry studentsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activitiesAbout YouYou will bring:Current registration as a Podiatrist with AHPRAA minimum of two years' experience in an acute and/or subacute hospital settingDemonstrated experience in high-risk foot managementExcellent communication,
