We're growing our Victorian team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to establish and manage a Warehousing and Logistics recruitment desk across Melbourne's north-west.
This is a highly client-facing position suited to someone who enjoys visiting warehouse and distribution environments, understanding day-to-day workforce operations and delivering practical recruitment solutions.You'll benefit from warm introductions, established networks and the support of a recognised recruitment brand.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent placements, partnering with clients to understand their operational and workforce needs while building a strong network of reliable candidates.
