your key focuses will include:Leading a medium sized team and ensuring they are consistently delivering a quality customer experienceSetting the example for your team and driving a strong positive cultureMaintaining cost controls as well as working with the team on sales-driving initiativesOverseeing all bar, gaming and food service whilst on shift.Successful candidates will possessA strong focus on maintaining and driving service standards whilst increasinggrowth and return visitationto the venueAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and have a hands‐on management styleA customer focus, always aiming to provide exceptional customer serviceA solid background in all facets of hotel operations, including gaming, F&B;, functions & cellar areasThe ability to work unsupervised and as part of a teamGreat attention to detailExcellent personal presentation and communication skillsStrong cash handling skillsA desire to become a valued member of our family business and move forward in your career with future opportunities advertised internally firstWe're looking for someone who:Brings at least 1 years of pub management experienceThrives in multi‐format environments with multiple revenue streamsLeads with energy, creativity, and a customer‐first mindsetHas a deep understanding of gaming, F&B;, and high‐volume tradeIs proactive with compliance, licensing and team wellbeingLoves being on the floor, building relationships and mentoring talentRSA, and RCG are essential.
