What you'll be doing:
A confident individual contributor, supported by a strong and payroll team, you'll help deliver weekly payroll by:
Reviewing and manipulating customer data to enable timesheets to be uploaded into Sidekicker's platform and payroll systems
Assisting with the completion of weekly payroll for 1,500 to 3,000 workers, across Australia and Current Zealand
Investigating payroll dispute tickets
Processing pay day superannuation
Preparing customer payroll reports
Maintaining and continuously optimising Sidekicker's payroll processes, with a focus on leveraging AI
Ad hoc analysis and tasks as required by the business
Ensure effective communication within the business unit and with the rest of the business
About you:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in business operations or payroll
Technology industry experience is a distinct advantage
Essential to work accurately and to set reporting deadlines
Strong Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the propensity to foster long-standing business relationships
Ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate responsibilities
You're a problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision-maker
