We are currently seeking experienced drivers to join our Colac team.About the RoleBased at our Colac depot, this role involves picking up and delivering products to and from customer sites.
You will also be required to transport a variety of freight as operational needs require.This role involves local driving and does not involve long-haul or interstate work.
This is a full-time, permanent position with consistent and ongoing work available.2x MC DriversKey ResponsibilitiesOperate MC vehicles safely in accordance with road transport regulationsTransport and deliver freight to customer locations on scheduled routesConduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defectsLoad, unload, and secure freight as required,



ensuring product integrity (including temperature-sensitive goods where applicable)Complete all delivery documentation accurately and on timePlan and manage delivery routes to meet operational requirementsMaintain a high standard of customer service and professional conductEnsure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, NHVR regulations, and company policies)Skills, Experience & RequirementsCurrent MC licence (essential)Minimum 1-2 years' experience operating multi-combination vehiclesSound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and road transport legislationStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual, and safety-focused approachWhat We OfferAbove award wagesWeekly payOn-the-job training and ongoing career developmentModern fleet, equipment, and well-maintained facilitiesPPE and uniforms providedStrong organisational commitment to safety and employee well-beingBase salary of approximately $78,000 to $83,000 per annum (before superannuation), based on average hours worked.
