Truck Hydraulic Solutions is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Fitter to join our team at our Truganina, Victoria facility.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems for commercial vehicles and equipment.
As a Hydraulic Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hydraulic components are correctly fitted, tested, and operational, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles and machinery.
This is an on-site role based in Truganina, VIC ****, where you will work as part of a dedicated technical team.Key responsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and fit hydraulic components, systems, and equipment on commercial vehicles and machineryDiagnose hydraulic system faults using testing equipment and specialist knowledgePerform maintenance and repair work on hydraulic PTO's, pumps, motors, and valvesConduct pressure testing and leak detection on completed hydraulic installationsStrip, clean, inspect, and reassemble hydraulic components to restore functionalityEnsure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company proceduresMaintain accurate records of work completed, including maintenance logs and testing resultsCollaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on workshop tools and equipmentWhat we're looking forTrade qualification or proven apprenticeship in hydraulics, mechanical fitting,
