As part of our on-site Concierge team, you'll be the face of the building - providing a welcoming and professional experience every day.What You'll DoGreet residents, visitors and contractors with a professional and friendly approachAssist with resident requests and general enquiriesMonitor building access and maintain security protocolsCoordinate deliveries and manage mail and parcel systemsReport maintenance issues or building concerns promptlySupport building management and contribute to a positive, safe communityPlease note: This is a permanent position (37.5 hours per week) working the night shift (11:00pm-07:00amor10:00pm-06:00am)on a fixed roster.What We're Looking ForA genuine passion for helping people and creating a great first impressionPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-of-house rolesWell-presented,



punctual and professionalGreat communication skills and attention to detailAvailability for full time or part-time shifts, including some weekends or eveningsA team player who takes pride in their workBonus if you have experience in property, concierge, security or administration - but not essential!
