We believe in your professional longevity and well-being, which is why our team is supported by an in-house educator, a structured front-of-house team, and a continuous education stream.The Role & Responsibilities:Master Craftsmanship:Deliver high-end colouring, cutting, and styling services to our loyal guests.Team Leadership:Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun salon culture, mentoring stylists and keeping the team motivated.Day-to-Day Operations:Oversee salon flow, stock management, and maintain the 5-star standard Allura is famous for, alongside our Front of House support.Qualifications & Pre-requisites:Certificate IV in Hairdressing or minimum 10yrs experience in salon management.Extensive experience as a Senior/Master Stylist with a robust portfolio in advanced colour and cutting techniques.Previous salon management or team leadership experience is highly regarded (but a strong, positive attitude and a natural willingness to lead are essential).
