Muse Pilates Studio is a growing luxe fitness studio brand, with over 13 boutique reformer Pilates studios around Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Canberra, Gold Coast and growing. Our Wagga Wagga studio is set to open in early June.

We’re on the lookout for a warm, caring and reliable Crèche Attendant to join our beautiful new Muse Pilates studio in Wagga Wagga. This casual position is perfect for someone who genuinely loves working with little ones and is excited to be part of a supportive, wellness‑focused community.
About the Role:
You’ll be providing a safe, fun and nurturing space for our littlest Muse community members while their parents enjoy a moment of self‑care in our Reformer Pilates classes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connection, shows initiative, and creates calm, playful environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and care for children in a secure, welcoming workplace
Follow check‑in and check‑out procedures for all children
Comfort and communicate with children to help them feel settled and content
Ensure a strong duty of care and attention to their wellbeing
Follow directions and complete small support tasks as needed
Clean and tidy the crèche area and any equipment after each session to ensure a hygienic environment
Work collaboratively with the studio team
Approximate Hours:
Tuesdays – 9:30am - 11:30am
Thursdays – 9:30am - 11:30am
Saturdays – 8:00am - 10:00am
Approximately 2–6 hours per week with room to grow as demand increases.
To be successful you will need:
Have a current Working with Children's Check (WWC)
Have 3+ months experience caring for babies, toddlers and young children in a creche or childcare setting.
Have a current First Aid and CPR with additional Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Over the age of 18 years old
A warm nature and passion for working with children.
