We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at our well-maintained and picturesque facility. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping outdoor areas and facilities in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn care, including mowing and edging
Trimming, hedging, and pruning of plants and trees
General garden upkeep and presentation
Planting, mulching, and seasonal garden maintenance
General maintenance and repairs across the site
Pool cleaning and routine pool maintenance
Rubbish and debris removal to maintain cleanliness and safety
About You:
Previous experience in grounds or general maintenance is highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor tasks in all weather conditions
Positive communication skills and a professional, positive approach
Manual driver’s license is essential
