About the Roles:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will work with a team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals in a call centre workplace, providing a quality customer experience.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
handling inbound customer enquiries, assisting customers through the claims process, writing detailed and accurate accounts of customer interactions and general data entry.

Our Ideal Candidates will have:




Experience in a call centre environment or a dedicated customer service team.
High energy levels, reliable and self-motivated.
Exceptional phone manner.
Ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
Accurate data entry and administrative skills.
Team player, but can also work autonomously.
Mechanical knowledge or previous experience in this area is desirable.
Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
