writing detailed and accurate accounts of customer interactions and general data entry.Our Ideal Candidates will have:Experience in a call centre environment or a dedicated customer service team.High energy levels, reliable and self-motivated.Exceptional phone manner.Ability to connect with a diverse range of people.Accurate data entry and administrative skills.Team player, but can also work autonomously.Mechanical knowledge or previous experience in this area is desirable.Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.Why apply?
