We're looking for a Field Trainer to join our New Building Solutions Training Team in Brisbane, QLD.
This person will deliver high-quality training in our training centre and onsite, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.What will you be doing?
Train and coach field operatives in our training centre and on siteBuild and maintain strong relationships with KONE trainers globally to share best practices and stay informed on current and emerging trendsAnalyse performance data to identify gaps and plan, recommend, and implement corrective actionsSupport and actively participate in new employee inductions, site inspections, and auditsAdapt global training materials and instructions to incorporate local requirements and ensure relevance to regional needsSupport competency development initiatives, including surveys & assessmentsParticipate in incident and serious near‐miss investigations in collaboration with the Safety ManagerWhat are we looking for?
A passion for learning and helping others grow and achieve their goals.Experience working within the lift industry essentialEscalator experience is highly desiredElectrical license requiredExtremely safety conscious and will be able to call out and report safety breaches or any non-conformancesBe comfortable and confident in delivering training in person or virtuallyHighly organised,
