You'll play a key role in supporting our chefs, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and helping ensure our stock is always fresh and well organised.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving, checking, and rotating stock deliveries to maintain freshness and minimise wasteMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all timesWashing dishes, utensils,



and kitchen equipment efficiently during serviceAssisting chefs with basic food preparation as requiredManaging time effectively to keep up with the pace of a busy kitchenIdentifying and resolving day-to-day issues quickly and calmlyFollowing food hygiene and safety standards at all timesWorking autonomously on assigned tasks while also collaborating well within the wider kitchen teamSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a kitchen hand or similar role preferredExperience receiving and rotating stock in a food service environmentStrong time management and organisational skillsGood problem-solving ability and a proactive attitudeSolid understanding of food hygiene and safety practicesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamA current Food Safety Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one)Availability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekendsWhat We OfferFull-time, secure hoursSupportive and friendly team environmentOpportunities to learn and grow within the kitchen
