About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing horticultural activities and coordinating day-to-day site operations.In this role, you will supervise 6–8 mobile garden maintenance teams across commercial sites throughout Melbourne's South East suburbs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient day-to-day operations.Responsibilities include:Oversee the team's on-site activities to ensure efficient and secure operations.Assist in developing and implementing safe work practices, fostering a culture of safety within the team.Weekly & Monthly report writing and stakeholder updatesParticipate in performance reviews to provide feedback and support the professional growth of team members.Proactively raise any workplace health and safety (WHS) issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor for timely resolution.Actively participate in scheduled toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates, share insights,
