You'll lead day-to-day kitchen operations, mentor and develop your team, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional guest experience.This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of Australia's most celebrated restaurants and contribute to the next chapter of an iconic Melbourne institution.Our ideal candidate will have2+ years experience as Junior Sous or Sous Chef within premium, hatted or michelin starred restaurantsStrong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisineDemonstrated ability to lead,
