As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital part in enriching the lives of those in your care and making a meaningful difference in your community.What you'll be doingProviding personalised support and assistance with daily living activities including personal careEngaging clients in recreational, social, and educational activities to promote independence and wellbeingAdvocating for clients' rights and ensuring their safety and comfortCollaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and the broader support network to deliver coordinated careMaintaining detailed records and documentation to support client care plansAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsWhat we're looking forRelevant qualifications in disability support, community services, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role, working with individuals with physical, intellectual,
