About the role0 to 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday 8 am- 4 pm (occasionally)Potential for additional hours for the right candidateKey ResponsibilitiesClient InteractionGreet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phoneProvide empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental serviceManage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-upsAdministrative SupportSchedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple practitionersMaintain accurate client records and intake documentationProcess billing, payments,



and Medicare/private health claimsLiaise between departments and practitioners with discretionOffice CoordinationMonitor office supplies and clinical resources and advise Practice Manager when supplies are lowCoordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with Practice ManagerEnsure clinic is clean, welcoming, and organizedCompliance & ConfidentialityAdhere to privacy regulationsMaintain confidentiality of all client and staff informationFollow clinic policies and procedures consistentlyAbout you1-2 years' experience in medical or allied health reception (desirable)Robust verbal and written communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Nookal (or other medical software)Warm, professional, punctual, organised, and able to multitask in a busy environment
