About the Role:
This is a dual role,



with dental assisting as the main focus and some front desk and administrative responsibilities (training provided).
You'll help ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit.
This is a permanent part-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting infection control and sterilisation protocols
Greeting patients and managing bookings and appointments
Answering phones and handling patient enquiries
Managing patient records, processing payments, and keeping the front office running smoothly

Comfortable working in a small practice where you'll wear a few hats, rather than a large corporate clinic
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A great communicator (both in person and over the phone)
Calm under pressure and good at multitasking
Reliable and work well in a team
Must have Australian work rights
Experience:
Previous experience as a dental assistant is required
Experience with dental software (such as EXACT) is a bonus, but not essential
