We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Baker to join our team and learn the craft of artisan baking.About the Role:As a casual Qualified Baker, you will work alongside experienced bakers to learn all aspects of the baking trade.
You'll gain hands-on experience producing a wide range of traditional and specialty breads, pastries, and other bakery items while completing your formal training requirements.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, production, and baking of high-quality bread and bakery productsLearn and follow all Bakers Delight recipes, production schedules, and proceduresMaintain a clean, safe,



and hygienic work environmentFollow food safety standards and occupational health and safety proceduresWork efficiently to meet production targets and customer demandParticipate in stock control, storage, and waste minimisation processesDevelop technical baking skills and product knowledge under the supervision of qualified bakersUndertake training modules and attend required off-site training as part of the apprenticeshipAbout You:Passionate about baking and keen to build a career in the industryHardworking, reliable, and willing to learnGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work early morning shifts and weekends as requiredStrong team player with a positive attitudeNo previous baking experience necessary - full training provided!
