Sharpen your culinary skills under the guidance of a highly experienced Sous & Head ChefGain hands‐on experience in a high-volume kitchen environment whilstdeveloping& mastering recent recipesUniform/PPE providedWhat you'll do:Prepare and serve meals for Defence personnelHelp with catering for events and functionsWork closely with our skilled Head Chef and develop your skills!
Keep the kitchen clean and safeWork with a great team and support junior staffFollow food safety standardsAbout youCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)3+ years' experience in large commercial kitchen environmentsFlexible and adaptive in complex, multi‐stakeholder settingsStrong planning and organisational abilitiesProfessional, enthusiastic, and aligned with Ventia's valuesBe an Australian Citizen (for security clearance)DiversityVentiais enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
