About the Role
We are looking for an extraordinary receptionist to join our team.
We value a positive, can-do attitude, motivation, initiative, and teamwork.
The right candidate will be considered for a permanent part-time position with hours ranging from 8am til 530pm.
What You'll Be Doing
Greet patients and families with a friendly face and helpful mindset
Bringing your personality and skills to the workplace
Scheduling and managing appointment bookings
Handling patient enquiries with compassion over the phone and via email
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records to support our patients
Assisting doctors with general administrative tasks to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
Contributing to keeping the practices in a peaceful and organised environment
What We're Looking For
Experience in medical, dental, or allied health reception or administration
Solid computer skills, accuracy and speed in navigating patient management software and Microsoft 365 are essential.
Experience with Xestro Patient Management Software is ideal, but if you are a quick learner and not afraid to jump in, this won't be an issue.
A strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
We have very important patients to care for, and some days can be stressful; we want someone who thrives in a busy environment and pays attention to detail.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential—candidates must be warm, friendly, and able to interact empathetically with patients and families.
Team players who support each other and help wherever possible ensure a wonderful experience for colleagues, doctors, patients, and families.
A desire for personal growth and excellence.
