Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) is currently seeking experienced Tugger Operators, LLOP Operators, RF Scanner Operators, Pick Packers, and General Warehouse Workers for multiple ongoing opportunities in Broadmeadows and Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.Join a leading warehouse and distribution operation with excellent rates, ongoing work, career progression opportunities, and the potential for permanent employment.Available Shifts & RatesDay Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm | From $32+ per hourAfternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm | From $35+ per hourMonday to Friday opportunities available (shift preferences cannot be guaranteed).




Key DutiesOperating Tugger and LLOP equipmentRF Scanning and voice-picking operationsPicking and packing customer ordersStock replenishment and inventory managementDispatch preparation and pallet stagingLoading and unloading stockQuality checking products and ordersGeneral warehouse duties as requiredWorking towards daily KPIs and productivity targetsFollowing all site safety procedures and warehouse protocolsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Tugger, LLOP, RF Scanning or Warehouse experienceExperience in fast-paced distribution centres or automated warehousesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a physically demanding environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicGood communication skills and ability to work within a teamForklift (LF) or LO Licence highly regarded but not essentialWhy Join ASA?
