Meat Process Workers / Machine Operators
Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers and Machine Operators to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Truganina.
These positions offer an immediate start with full training provided.
Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment processing and packaging raw beef and pork products.

About your new role
Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 7°C)Handling and processing raw beef and pork productsDebagging large cuts of beef and pork and transferring products onto production linesOperating production machinery (Machine Operator positions)General meat processing and packaging dutiesLoading and unloading crates onto production linesUsing a small hooked knife to safely remove packaging from meat productsMaintaining production line efficiency and meeting daily production targetsFollowing food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety proceduresGeneral housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organised work area
About you
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, machine operation,



or meat processing (preferred)Experience operating production machinery (for Machine Operator roles)Comfortable working in a cold environment (approximately 7°C)Comfortable handling raw beef and pork productsStrong literacy and numeracy skills (must successfully complete an assessment)Full Australian working rightsPhysically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handlingAble to stand for extended periods in a quick-paced production environmentWilling to remove jewellery, piercings, fake nails, nail polish, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions before commencing workAble to complete pre-employment requirements and mandatory online training
