Administrative Assistant/Administration Support OfficerContract Duration: ASAP Start - 3rd JulyHours: Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Onsite 5 DaysPay Rate: $***** per hour + SuperannuationPosition OverviewThe Administration Support Officer provides critical administrative and customer service support to our Government client.
Based in Bendigo, this role ensures the smooth operation of services provided to both Internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Acting as a professional first point of contact, responding to inquiries from customers efficiently.Data & Systems Management: Performing high-accuracy data entry and maintaining office systems, specifically the AccPac software management system.Document Preparation: Handling and preparing sensitive documents, including customer agreements, reports, and Certificates of Service (COS/FGCOS).
Financial Administration: Processing basic financial transactions such as bank reconciliations, EFT transfers, and payment reconciliations in line with organisational standards.General Administration: Managing incoming/outgoing mail, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.Candidate ProfileTechnical Skills: Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel) and sound data entry skills.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision within a team environment.Community Connection: An ability to relate effectively to a volunteer network.Compliance:
