At Posh Lash and Beauty, we pride ourselves on offering our clients premium quality lash and brow services in our beautifully appointed Southeast Melbourne studio.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a certification in Eyelash Extensions with the ability to create handmade volume fans (preferred)
Has a minimum of 12 months experience as a lash artist (desirable)
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Thrives on building relationships with people (salon management & clients)
Enjoys learning and up-skilling
Enjoys working together in a team setting, and see the success and future growth of the business
Has a "can-do" attitude and don't like letting people down
Has the ability to work unsupervised
Is available to work Monday - Thursday, including three late nights per week (finish 8pm).
Main responsibilities of the role:
Providing beauty treatments to clients:
Lash extensions – Russian volume, hybrid and classic
Lash lifting and tinting
Brow shaping and tinting
Brow lamination
Customer Service:
Greeting clients
Answering the phone
Making appointments, rescheduling and rebooking
Providing information to clients about our services and products




Upselling treatments and products
Selling retail items
Confirming appointments and sending electronic forms to clients
Follow up with clients
Housekeeping in the salon:
Maintaining the cleanliness of the salon at all times, to give our clients the best first impression upon arrival
Maintaining the cleanliness of your own station (trolley and bed), and well stocked at all times
Training:
Undertake necessary training (on-site & off-site) for all beauty services that we provide in the salon
Ongoing mentoring and training in the salon
