What You'll Be Doing:
Managing appointment bookings, billing (private and bulk billing), and Medicare claims with accuracy and efficiency
Processing payments via Tyro, HICAPS, EFTPOS, and performing daily reconciliations
Operating multiple digital systems confidently, including:
Best Practice software




Health Engine or similar booking platforms
Microsoft Excel, Word, and email management
Applying high-level IT and computer skills to manage data, troubleshoot system issues, and streamline workflows
Supporting the Practice Manager when needed
Maintaining accurate patient data, coordinating follow-ups, recalls, and supporting accreditation processes
Creating a welcoming front-of-house experience for patients, while staying on top of day-to-day administrative duties
Keeping the reception area and clinic tidy, clean, and presentable at all times
Replenishing doctor's rooms, treatment areas, and monitoring clinic stock levels to ensure readiness
Working both independently and collaboratively with management in a fast-paced and professional healthcare environment
