About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
Regular Roster
Additional hours may be available to cover annual leave, personal leave and busy trading periods.
As our business continues to grow, there may also be opportunities for increased hours.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer
Assist with over-the-counter product enquiries and recommendations
Operate the point-of-sale register accurately and efficiently
Replenish stock and maintain attractive merchandising displays
Assist with stock deliveries and inventory management
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and organization
Support pharmacists and dispensary staff as required
Assist with general day-to-day pharmacy operations




Create a welcoming and professional experience for customers
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is reliable, organized and professional
Has excellent attention to detail
Can work efficiently in a busy environment
Enjoys being part of a team and is willing to learn
Brings a positive and friendly attitude to work each day
Previous pharmacy experience will be highly regarded.
