You'll run water damage restoration, structural drying and mould remediation projects independently across residential,



commercial and insurance work in Cairns.Your ResponsibilitiesLead sites from setup to completionManage equipment deployment and monitor drying progressCommunicate professionally with clients, adjusters and insurersComplete accurate documentation, photos and moisture mappingMentor junior technicians and maintain team standardsWork within transparent SOPs and IICRC compliance frameworksWhat You'll NeedIICRC WRT certified (ASD/AMRT preferred)3+ years restoration experienceComfortable with moisture mapping, Encircle and Job documentationValid QLD licence and clean driving recordPhysically capable and reliableWhat's On Offer$35 to $40 p/hr + super + BonusesFully maintained vehicle, phone and toolsOngoing IICRC training and developmentStructured career path with real career progressionStable, high volume work from insurance contractsIf you're tired of chaotic companies where "fast enough" beats "done right," this is your opportunity.Pay: $***** - $***** per hourWork Location: In person
